Refund/Remake Policy

At Brain Dental Lab, your satisfaction is our top priority. This policy outlines the conditions under which we offer remakes and refunds on the products we supply.

Remake Policy

Defective Products: If you receive a product from Brain Dental Lab that is defective, we offer one remake per order. You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item. Brain Dental requires the original appliance to be returned for examination. BDL will not provide a return label; this label will have to be created by the customer and the tracking number sent to the BDL support team. Once the team receives the tracking number, manufacturing of the remake will begin. The Lab reserves the right to reject a remake request. Send the tracking number here: Refund/Remake Request Form

Shipping Damages

Shipping Damages:In the event of shipping damages customers can send photo evidence of the damages within 2 days of the delivery to be offered the choice of either a remake or refund. No appliance send-back is needed. Upload the photo evidence here: Refund/Remake Request Form

Exceptions

Custom products made to specifications provided by the customer are not eligible for remakes or refunds from Brain Dental Lab unless they are defective.

Products altered or repaired by someone other than Brain Dental Lab’s authorized technicians are not eligible for remakes or return.

Rights Reserved

Brain Dental Lab reserves the right to verify all claims and to refuse any claims that are fraudulent or in violation of our terms and conditions.
