Submitting Orders

Yes, on any prescription the field that states “Please Upload STL File” is for CAD Ready STL Files. We only require the STL file of the patient’s mouth.

Our appliances are strong and built with only the highest quality materials, but we are aware that complications do occur. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to our support team at Brain Dental Lab to resolve any problems as quickly as possible or you can request a remake or refund here: Remake/Refund Request Form

If you were to receive an appliance that had been damaged from shipping, our team wants to help make things right. Reach out to Brain Dental Lab so that we can either replace or possibly repair the retainer.

We accept most debit/credit cards including Visa and Mastercard.

Tracking Orders

After logging in, you can click on My Account

You will see a list of all of your orders. 

Click on the order number you are wanting to track. 

You will see a tracking number next to each item.

MY ACCOUNT

In your My Account page, you will see all of your orders. 

Click on any order number, and you will find a Print Invoice button.
